When I had little ones and was stuck in my home while they napped, I utilized the help of a personal trainer that came to my house. It was a luxury, for sure. But it helped me get back into pre-baby shape and was a fun distraction from the sometimes monotonous life of a "toddler mom". I can either do personal training in your home or in my studio. Kids are always welcome!
Also, for those that are just getting back into working out, or have never really been on a regular routine, the gym can be an intimidating place. I’m happy to train you at your home or in the SoFit studio. No intimidating equipment, no chance of running into someone you know. Just working out on your schedule, with results.
My rate for personal training is $80/hour in-home or $75 in my studio and $450 for a 6-pack (in-home) or $400 for 6 sessions in my studio.

Small group training / bootcamps
I also run many bootcamps each week. In groups of between 5-14 max, I offer full-body conditioning and high intensity interval training. By keeping the groups small, I can keep a close eye on each person’s form and can custom-tailor the program to suit the fitness level of each participant. Plus, by working in a small group, the price per person drops considerably (versus one-on-one personal training).
The price of my daily bootcamps is $18 for drop-in or $140 for a ten pack.
Group runs / race training
I’ve been a life long runner. It’s what I’m passionate about and I’m always happy to share my love of running with other people. Several years ago, I began leading training programs for local races through the Plymouth based sports store Bayside Runner. Since then, I’ve coached over 100 runners - from people’s first 5k all the way through full marathon training.
